The Connecterra Operaions Team plays a vital role in increasing efficiency. We ensure quality, sevice and delivery levels are at its best so that our Product Team can focus on nurturing Ida; an artificial intelligence that is improving farm productivity. 

Requirements

As our supply chain manager, you will have deep understanding of our product and help us meet our product delivery objectives. You will be managing and monitoring the entire process of product receivables to product delivery at our customers global locations

You have : 


  • 3 to 5 years of experience as a Supply Chain Manager.
  • Degree in Supply Chain Management, Finance, or relevant fields.
  • Proven experience in logistics of hardware providers or FMCG. l
  • Strong skills with logistics computer programs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English and preferably another Europeran language.
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Practical and analytical mindset

You will :

  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams to ensure timely product delivery.
  • Closely monitor and manage monthly production, inventory reports, and future planning.
  • Improve inventory tracking system to optimize inventory control procedures.
  • Document step-by-step procedures for the supply planning process.
  • Use metrics and implement automated solutions to streamline processes.
  • Work with our supplier partners as you drive efficiency and performance initiatives across the supply base.
  • Perform analysis of the levels of supplies and collaborate with Operations and Finance to determine shortages.
