You’re our Revenue Operations Developer:

As our Revenue Operations Developer your primary function is to keep our sales, success and marketing operations aligned to our core systems. You will operate and develop data analysis, insights and processes that ensure accurate and insightful reports that are reviewed by executives on a regular basis. This role works across and interacts with multiple departments from sales, marketing, finance and directly with the executive team.



  • You are the ‘go-to’ contact for all Salesforce queries
  • You will be the Salesforce training guru for all users – building Salesforce starter packs for new joiners and training for our current team
  • Assist in the building out of key metrics / dashboards
  • Interact with internal stakeholders to ensure that their reporting requirements are gathered and met
  • You will also work on our Hubspot Integration with Salesforce as well as integrating with our internal database.


  • Core skillset in data analytics using no-code or code-based development platforms
  • 2+ years of experience with Salesforce Client Relationship Management (CRM) or similar products
  • Confident in learning new systems quickly and grasping how to configure reports, workflows, dashboards, etc.
  • Background or baseline education in software programming a plus
  • High standards of accuracy and precision; numerically articulate
  • Ability to organize and prioritize own work load in a structured manner
