The Connecterra Customer Experience (CX) Team is the bright and shiny face of our company. We keep customer and partner leads flowing so that our Tech Team can focus on building our AI.
As our Marketing Coordinator you will get to engage across the full marketing and top end of the sales spectrum. You will need to adapt, learn quickly, and embrace variances.
The team is led by our Marketing Lead, Robyn Bonnin, so you will have a dedicated and enthusiastic motivator at your fingertips!
By 2050, the world will have 500 million+ people. We need to improve food production by 60% to meet this demand.
Our first product, Ida, is a dairy farmers’ assistant that uses Artificial Intelligence to improve farm productivity—we have clearly demonstrated that Ida improves farm productivity.
Ida does this by learning the behaviour of dairy cows and dairy farmers. Ida uses its own sensing capabilities and data from multiple sources to provide farmers with insights on animal health, while improving labour capabilities and operational decision making. Ida provides insights to farmers and recommendations, just like an assistant would.
Currently, there are over 300 million dairy cows in the world and over 750 million workers associated with dairy farming. If we could, we would reach all of them, but we need a little help. Sales help us reach our customers and demonstrates how Ida can help them become more productive, improve their labour capability, and generally help the world become a better place.
From Fortune 500 customers, such as dairy processors, feed and pharmaceutical companies through to direct farmer sales. We are looking for multiple types of account managers. If you like getting your hands dirty and visiting individual farmers, we’ve got a spot for you. Or if you prefer jet-setting across the world meeting large corporations and partners, we’ve got a spot for you too!

The ideal fit for this role will be someone with a Master’s / Degree / Experience in Business, Marketing and/ Communications, 1-2 years of work experience, and an enthusiastic energy to be a part of our fast-growing start-up.
English, Dutch and preferably a third / forth European language is great! You should have previously experience in: Cross-Channel Campaigning for Lead Generation, Lead and Customer Nurturing, Digital Marketing (incl. Social Media, Ad Monitoring and Website Support), Event Planning, handling a CRM Database and working closely with Sales. We need to see initiative, quick-thinking, flexibility, and a willingness to learn.
