We’re looking for a dynamic individual who can work in a high-pressure environment, helping the external sales team in their daily roles excel and supporting them with all kinds of request: Quotes, selling materials, making sure the CRM (salesforce) systems are up to date and of course, working with our customers and partners.

 

Your daily job is based in Amsterdam at Connecterra’s HQ. You will be a spider in the centre of the web that is the commercial team - working closely with marketing, customer success, account managers and the operations team. You understand customers needs, get things done quickly and make sure that you always follow through right to the end, because you get satisfaction from knowing that everything is where it should be at the end of day.


Requirements

To be successful you have :


  • BS/BA in business related discipline preferred
  • Previous inside sales or customer service experience essential
  • Fluency in Dutch and English (a third language is a bonus!)
  • Experience with Salesforce and other sales systems and tools (Preferred)
  • Traits: passion for selling, tenacious, inquisitive
  • Have an understanding of agriculture / dairy farming
  • Able to adapt quickly to market and customer opportunities
  • Leverage market insights to guide decisions and determine what is right
  • Working with multiple teams to align processes

As our Inside sales representative, you will : 


  • Support account managers in generating new business and delivering qualified opportunities
  • Make outbound follow-up calls to existing customers via telephone and email cross-sell and up-sell
  • Service existing accounts consisting of order follow-ups
  • Provide Voice of Customer feedback 
  • Communicate the entire offering and value, including product/service features and benefits, prices, and credit terms
  • Provide ongoing sales demand forecasts
  • Help provide sales analysis data to external sales team
