This key connector role will be focused on customer success, and being the connector between the customer, sales and product teams, reporting to the US Sales Director. We are looking for a team member who will own technology engagements with our key customers. This person will be the bridge between the customer, account managers and product managers. A successful ECSM will be able to ensure our technology engagements lead to customer value and new opportunities within the account.

Your key responsibilities

  • You will be responsible for identifying enterprise partner challenges and opportunities and finding out how our platform can solve for these issues. Successful outcomes will deliver against company targets and growth ambitions.
  • You own commercial execution of pilots and POCs with enterprise partners and drive towards roll out. You will work closely with sales & product teams to deliver against objectives and goals
  • As the project manager, you will be managing the project objectives and goals, timelines, scheduling, and partner asks toward completion
  • You are the connector, the go to, the leader between the enterprise partner, sales, and product teams with accountability within the scope/timeline of the project or Proof of Concept being determined
  • Central communications person, written and verbal communications and collaboration between the mentioned parties
  • Organization-attention to detail, follow-up and follow ensuring the project stays on task and partner needs are elevated
  • Above all, the ideal candidate will believe in the mission, people, products, and services of Connecterra and can supercharge its revenue and growth trajectory


Your experience

  • Worked with dairy or agricultural large enterprise customers in the capacity of sales, success or other customer facing solutions
  • You have experience understanding customer needs and translating this effectively into technical solutions
  • Have successfully led partner projects and worked across project teams to deploy technology solutions
  • You are a technologist and have a keen knowledge of the dairy or agriculture value chain
  • Having demonstrated selling SaaS solutions to enterprises and overseeing implementation and growth
  • Candidates will be familiar with the large enterprise sales cycles, thrive on challenges and how to navigate and solve them
  • Leading growth or growth teams in other sectors and understands the needs of the role and its challenges

Minimum qualifications

  • You’ve had 5+ years of professional experience in a similar role
  • You’ve got a bachelor's degree in product, sales, or business
  • A dairy or agricultural industry background is crucial to be successful in the role
  • You’ve successfully created partnerships, project management and have been a part of the buyer or sales journey in some way
  • You’re fluent in written and spoken English
