You’ll get to be a part of what comes next as the Enterprise Customer Success Manager. This key connector role will be focused on customer success, and being the connector between the customer, sales and product teams, reporting to the US Sales Director. We are looking for a team member who will own technology engagements with our key customers. This person will be the bridge between the customer, account managers and product managers. A successful ECSM will be able to ensure our technology engagements lead to customer value and new opportunities within the account.
